Where should a house renovation start?
With a check of the building. Damp, cracks and old pipes should be found first, because they decide what has to be fixed before any new finish goes on.
Why does the order of work matter?
Pipes and wiring go in before plastering, and waterproofing is tested before tiles cover it. If the order is wrong, finished walls have to be broken again.
Can you renovate just one bathroom?
